If our equipment is damaged by debris on your property (rocks, metal, fencing, chains, auto parts, etc.), job time does not pause during on-site repairs. Our quoted time (e.g., half day = up to 3.5 hours) reflects continuous operation. If hidden debris causes damage and we need to stop briefly to get back up and running, any additional time needed to safely complete the job may be added to the invoice.

To be clear: we do not charge customers for replacement parts or major equipment components—this policy is strictly to clarify that the clock keeps running during unplanned repair time.

We will always communicate with you as soon as an issue is discovered and before any additional time is added.
